At 14,505 feet high, Mt. Whitney is the tallest peak in the contiguous United States (all states except Hawaii and Alaska). A List of Life Lessons I Learned Hiking 20+ Miles and 10,000+ Feet of Elevation in One Day (Cactus to Clouds)

On May 27, 2018, a team of 8 individuals conquered the daunting task of completing the C2C hike. With over 20 miles of trail, 10,000 feet of elevation, and totaling over 15 hours of time to complete, one man from that team created a list of lessons he learned throughout the journey. Here is that list.

A C2C Prayer

This is one of the most challenging things I'll have ever accomplished. It's considered the 5th most difficult hike in the United States. I am excited and certain I, along with the entire group, is going to make it to the top and back down - fully healthy and with energy to spare.
