Is Blogging Worth It? Am I Doing YouTube? (Update)

Hey all! If you're a fan of these written blog posts, don't worry. The blog is here to stay, as well as my commitment to post a blog every day through June something, 2018. However, there's a slight tweak. Instead of solely committing to writing a blog post, I am going to be implementing video content as well. The purpose is to experiment with what content formats bring the most value to my intended audience, as well as bring the most traffic to my content.

Two of my virtual mentors who are crazy successful in the online and coaching space, Tony Robbins and Russell Brunson, advise that modeling the success of others is the best way to increase the probability of success for oneself. Therefore, I am modeling the websites, formats, and content types of the people who are in my field/industry.

The main person I will be modeling is Stefan James of ProjectLifeMastery.com. This guy started doing YouTube videos on personal development and creating online businesses back in 2012. Six years later, this man is a 7-figure a year online income earner. He's a student of Tony Robbins and other leaders I also follow. He essentially has the life I want - many aspects of it at least. Thus, I will be modeling his success very closely and implementing stuff that is clearly working for him.

I encourage everyone to model the people who have the life they want. Take what they do and find your own version of it. It will save us time, energy, and money if we simply leverage the time, energy, and money that other people have already put into getting to the level of life that we want to be at. Seems so damn obvious, right? Right.
