How To Move Forward In Life: Measure, Evaluate, & Adjust

I don't know about everyone else, but for YEARS I've set the same goals and never achieved them. In fact, I'd always go 1-2 months of progressing only to give up or stop taking action after that. Then, when New Years came along, or some type of rock bottom situation happened, I'd decide it's "finally time" to achieve said goals "once and for all." Sound familiar?

It can be painful to think where we'd be if we had just stuck to it that first time, 7 years ago. Regardless of WHY we haven't moved forward, the fact is that we haven't. That's just the fact. With that said, the question then is HOW can we move forward and prevent moving backward as we always do.

In the video below I go into detail as to ONE way to help support you in moving forward in life. It is just one way and not a one size fits all approach. I am not guaranteeing that the contents of this video will be THE defining factor, but I'm positive that it will illuminate some things that you didn't know you didn't know.

In short, a tactic that will increase your odds of succeeding is the following:

1. create a system to measure the progress towards your goals

2. choose a measuring unit that reliable indicates how you're doing (ex: if you want abs, measure body fat percentage (NOT lbs on the scale))

3. choose a measuring time frame that will allow for adequate progress to unfold

4. evaluate what caused each monthly measure to be what it is

5. adjust course of actions if progress is not moving in desired direction

6. seek tools, resources, and services that will empower you to progress (if necessary)

Watch the video below to receive a 20 minute lesson on why&how measuring, evaluating, and adjusting your intermittent results will keep you on track to moving forward every year:
